Ian brings together a structured and disciplined approach to financial management, business planning and development gained through working with major multinational companies. Companies such as Unilever, Gillette and the Mars Group.
   

The business experiences gained were in Sales, Marketing and General Management disciplines in New Zealand, Australia, Singapore and the United Kingdom. 

Those experiences are coupled with the realities of over twenty years in running small businesses. This included the setting up of bookkeeping and accounts systems to facilitate their management and involved the use of both QuickBooks and MYOB. 

Ian also has over twelve years of experiences in finding the "right person for the job" as an Executive Search Recruitment Consultant for a wide range of industries. 

Having gained a Diploma in Horse Husbandry and Management, Lisa successfully managed her own small business for over 15 years. Part of that experience required her to carry out all of her own bookkeeping. With a Diploma in Information Technology she has worked in the IT Industry for ten years and with the experience gained in that industry Lisa is well able to help you solve any and all of the IT requirements you may have.

Recently, she completed a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety coupled with a Certificate in Return to Work. With the increased emphasis being given today, to Work Safe practices, the knowledge gained from that study coupled with eighteen months practical involvement in industry can help small business operators meet their obligations under the OH&S Act 2004. 

With the completion of the Certificate 4 in Bookkeeping and Accounting, Lisa has a broad range of skills that can help small business operators manage their business and scale new heights in business growth.
